Return & Refund Policy

At Luxeblend Emporium, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

• You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Certain items such as personal care products, software, or customized items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at returns@luxeblendemporium.co.za.

4. Shipping of Returns

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
